What It Optimizes
Session integrity and preference retention. By utilizing strictly functional cookies, we ensure that your specific visual settings (such as audio toggle state or UI theme) persist across page reloads without requiring a database handshake.
What It Sacrifices
Analytics and behavioral tracking. We deliberately sacrifice user journey mapping to prioritize privacy. You remain a ghost in the machine—untracked, unprofiled, and unmarketed to.
Operational Trade-offs
Every technical decision is a compromise. These are ours.
No Persistent User Profiles
Cookies are ephemeral. If you clear your cache, your session history is wiped.
Audio State Memory
The ambient hum toggle relies on a strictly functional cookie to remember your preference (On/Off).
External Blockers
Ad-blockers or strict privacy extensions may break the visualizer components.
Authentication & Security Tokens
These are the sentinels of the SilentVera domain. They ensure that the connection between your client and our server remains encrypted and recognized during a single session. They contain no personal data—only a randomized session ID that expires immediately upon window closure.

Third-Party Analytics
We do not utilize Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or any behavioral tracking scripts. The silence is intentional. We do not know where you came from, how long you stayed (precisely), or what you clicked, other than strictly necessary server logs required for uptime maintenance (IP addresses only, purged weekly).

Visual & Audio Preferences
To maintain the atmosphere, we offer an optional ambient audio track (a low-frequency hum). A simple cookie remembers if you turned this on. It also remembers your preference for the "Terminal" visual theme versus the "Void" theme. This data stays strictly on your device.

This cookie policy adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards applicable within the Federal Republic of Germany.
