We operate under a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the scraping, automated harvesting, or unauthorized indexing of our archives. Our servers are monitored for integrity violations; any attempt to breach the security layers or inject malicious code will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.

By engaging with the "Signal Intercept" portal, you agree that your submission becomes part of the SilentVera public record. We reserve the right to display, archive, or remove these signals without prior notice. While we value community input, we do not accept unsolicited game concepts or intellectual property pitches via this channel.

All visual assets, game mechanics descriptions, narrative lore, and the "SilentVera" trademark are the exclusive property of the studio. The 'glitch' effects, terminal green color palette (#00FF41), and specific UI treatments are distinct aesthetic signatures of our brand.

We encourage the creation of fan art and non-commercial analysis. However, the use of our assets for training machine learning models, NFT generation, or commercial merchandise is strictly forbidden. If you wish to license an asset for media usage, you must initiate a formal request via the Signal Intercept portal with the subject line "Asset License Request."

The SilentVera website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The infrastructure may undergo maintenance, resulting in temporary downtime or visual artifacts (simulated glitches are intentional; system errors are resolved rapidly). We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, including data loss, hardware damage, or psychological distress caused by narrative content.

SilentVera, registered in Berlin, Germany, operates under the jurisdiction of German law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the courts of Berlin.
